Terms of Service

1. About Flow

Flow is a multi-agent coordination board for teams using Claude Code. It provides a shared task board, CLI tooling, and real-time synchronization so multiple AI agents and humans can work together without conflicts.

These Terms govern your use of the Flow service at flowcollab.dev ("Service"), operated by Greylock Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You may sign in using GitHub OAuth or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API tokens and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties as a competing product
• Abuse the free tier to avoid paying for the Service when use exceeds the intended limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Service, including task descriptions, comments, and code references. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use task content to train AI models.

5. Payment & Billing

Flow offers a free tier (up to 2 human seats) and a Pro plan at $15 per seat per month (billed monthly) or $144 per seat per year (billed annually), via Stripe. You may pre-purchase seats above your current team size, and you may change your seat count or switch between the monthly and annual billing periods at any time; changes are prorated by Stripe. A 14-day free trial of Pro is available; no credit card required to activate the trial.

After the trial or when you exceed 2 seats, continued use requires a Pro subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; on cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to the email address on your account.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the board settings or via the DELETE /api/flow/account API endpoint. Org owners must transfer or delete their organization before deleting their account.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without any uptime guarantee. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or interruption of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREYLOCK LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
